This introductory Muay Thai workshop will guide you through the fundamental movements of the art of 8 limbs, including punches, elbows, knees, kicks, blocks and basic footwork. By the end of the session, you’ll be able to execute these movements and put them together in shadowboxing. 

The Resilient Body is a 60-minute full body movement experience designed to bridge the gap between deep internal connection, navigating a chronic condition and sustainable physical strength. 

This is a moment to pour into one self, to set an intention of how one connects with our bodies in a safe and empowering way.

This workshop explores pole dancing as an act of resistance, reclamation, and body liberation. Rooted in sex worker artistry, pole has often been erased or rebranded as “fitness” to appease capitalism, patriarchy, and respectability politics.

A gentle, trauma-informed workshop teaching basic herbal remedies like teas and body oils to help regulate and soothe the nervous system during the PIP application process.

Move, breathe and express yourself. This open-level dance and wellbeing workshop blends journalling, breath work, somatic awareness, and a vibrant soca routine to help you release stress and reconnect with yourself. 

This workshop offers an intro to how the nervous system works, and explores how to be with its different states, from ease to overwhelm to collapse. You’ll be guided through simple somatic practices that can be used in the moment

Sex therapist Cece Ferox will give you real information about bodies, pleasure, and solo sex in this lecture (with a bit of workshop vibes).

A session to restore balance in unstable times. We will move gently in a slow flow to release physical and energetic tension in preparation for finding stillness in guided relaxation.
