No experience needed, just a love/curiosity for dance, movement and the benefits it can bring.

With Candice Scott (She/Her)

 

Candice is a UK-born mental health practitioner of Caribbean heritage with a passion for breaking down barriers around mental health. With a background in dance, she integrates movement and mental health to support wellbeing through the mind–body connection.

Candice creates safe, inclusive spaces that encourage self-expression, resilience, and confidence through movement. Informed by her own lived experience, she is committed to making movement accessible and promoting creative outlets as powerful tools for emotional wellbeing.

Outside of her work supporting others through mental health and dance, Candice is always on the go. She enjoys spending time in nature, painting, going to the gym, cooking, engaging in creative activities or spending time with loved ones.
