    BOOK LAUNCH PARTY | JUNE

Panel Talk, Discussion and Celebration; Centering Radical Accountability in a Messed Up World

Celebrating the launch of our book; Radical Accountability in a Messed Up World– we invite you to join us for an evening of discussions, connections and dreaming better systems of care and integrity into existence.

We will be joined by friends and comrades; those who are working in the trenches and on the frontline of dismantling patriarchy and building better systems of care and healing. Through panel discussions, we will explore how radical accountability for male violence and abolitionist care can be an antidote to the mess we are in.

    Speakers joining:

Lewis Wedlock; masculinities educator and social commenter Lewis Wedlock has spent years on the ground in schools and educational spaces working with young men to unpack and explore their masculinity and relationship to patriarchy.

Almas Talib from Abolitionist Healing; this collective focuses their work on anti-oppressive, community centred care for distress and trauma that works with abolitionist and disability justice frameworks.

Yaz Brien; our friend Yaz, who has spent many years on the frontline and deep in community organising and building, will be guiding this conversation.

    Wednesday 17th June | 7pm – 10pm | Malcolm X Centre
