We will learn how to support post surgery recovery with herbal allies, breath, touch, and easy rituals to integrate into daily life.

With Manna Mu (She/Her)
Manna is a queer trans allied working class bodyworker and community weaver. Her decade-long practice “ Healing Resistance “ centres cultivating accessible & trauma sensitive healing spaces for queer, trans, migrant , and global majority communities. She specialises in scar tissue healing post gender affirming surgeries and pelvic surgeries. Manna’s healing practice is rooted in a background in climate and migrant justice organising. As a politicised healer she has coordinated multiple community healing spaces in the UK and Montreal centering accessible care for those facing multiple marginalization including the Trans Care Clinic. When she’s not in the studio ,you can find Manna with her hands deep in the soil learning about herbalism, somatics and Korean land based spiritual practices.
